“Room was clean and hotel was beautiful… stayed in both towers and they seem the same to me… the Dolphin is just more expensive… the only complaints I might have was the horribly loud music from the pool, all day and then the “club” at night… that was not fun… and housekeeping… I was on vacation… they were trying to touch up the room by 9 am and texting asking if they should just skip the room since we were sleeping… umm… no… but I’m going to sleep in on my vacation. “When I walked into our Best Western room in San Juan Capistrano, I was blown away by how modern and clean the room was. Exceptional room for sure! The room was spacious and very clean. The entire property is well-maintained, and the continental breakfast was legit, including a waffle station.
