“I always feel at home when I visit at the Bay Shores Peninsula hotel! I am most welcome and cared for. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, always clean. You can opt for more sustainable actions like not having your towels or bedlinen changed daily in order to save water and preserve oceans from additional polluting actions. Warren and the whole team are gorgeous! So friendly and caring, they provide all possible information to make your stay even better. The breakfast area is like a kitchen....

“A/C did not work and technician did not show up after calling twice. Had to leave the room at 10:00 pm in the middle of the night because it got hot and suffocating. Front desk provided a different room with functional A/C but only upon my insistence. Not the experience I would have expected at a Hyatt property.”

“Parking was a bit cramped but not really a major issue. Unbeatable location, cool retro rooms that maintain the late1940s and 50s charm. Fun for train watching and the dynamic beach and peir scene. Loved it, will be back!”
